Our Methodology

Far Corporate Services emphasises its disciplined and structured approach, which has been crafted and improved over the years through the Directors' and Managers' extensive experience across a diverse range of industries and markets.

Once an opportunity has been identified or developed, our approach entails a thorough evaluation of available options, including debt, equity, and advice concerning the structuring or restructuring of the opportunity. We assess each option comprehensively and decide on suitable solutions, depending on the specific circumstances.

Once we have determined we have the capacity to execute the transaction efficiently and cost-effectively within the indicated timeframe, we work to reach an agreement on Mandate terms. We proceed once the Mandate is signed.

For opportunities that involve both debt and equity, we adopt a comprehensive approach that involves a thorough understanding of the opportunity through financial modelling or re-modelling of the business using our standard models. This often requires the development or amendment of a funding proposal from an existing business or finance plan.

Our approach is characterised by thoroughness, ensuring that we have a complete understanding of the opportunity and the ability to execute the transaction effectively, ultimately achieving the desired outcome for our Client.

Requirement/Opportunity Identification

We begin by identifying the requirement or understanding/developing the opportunity. This initial phase involves understanding the client's needs and objectives to ensure alignment with potential solutions.

Preliminary Analysis

We conduct a preliminary assessment of available funders or solutions to determine our capacity to execute the transaction efficiently and cost-effectively within the timeframe. This ensures we only commit to opportunities where we can deliver appropriate and timely results.

Mandate

Once we are comfortable we can deliver the required outcome we work to agree Mandate terms. We require a formal Mandate signed to progress so that both sides know what is expected of the other.

Execution and Implementation

Once we've agreed on mandate terms, we develop and execute an agreed strategy with precision and attention to detail. Our team works diligently to implement the solution, maintaining clear communication throughout the process. We evaluate a number of suitable options for debt, equity and structure and apply solutions suitable for the specific circumstances of the Client, transaction or opportunity.

Financial Modeling

As required we utilize or develop suitable financial models to gain a solid understanding of the transaction or business requirements. This may involve creating new models for the Client or refining existing ones to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Follow through to completion and thereafter

We closely follow a transaction through with you to completion/settlement – working closely as required with Solicitors, Accountants, Valuers, QS and other professionals or advisors. We then continue to maintain contact to ensure things are proceeding as expected and to assist further if appropriate.
